I have hired Ashley three years in a row to cater our staff Christmas Party, as well as my retirement party last spring. Each time, I was delighted with a new and exciting menu. Everything she created was thoroughly enjoyed by all of my guests. Truly Delicious! Her hands on approach, and interaction with my guests was really well received and greatly appreciated. Over this past year, I have hired Ashley Pereira (Suffonsified's Chef) to help me with multiple tasks at hand. My first experience enabled Ashley to prepare gourmet meals, once a week, for a very dear friend and her family, as she was battling an illness. The family loved all of the dishes that Ashley prepared and felt extremely blessed. Shortly after, I hired Ashley to cater my boyfriend's 55th birthday party. The appies were spectacular and tailored specifically to our personal tastes. A few months ago, I hired Ashley to come and teach myself and my daughter how to cook around all of the extreme food allergies/intolerances that my daughter lives with daily. Ashley educated both of us, and now my daughter can once again eat her favourite foods, made without ingredients that she is allergic to. Did I happen to mention how delicious everything was? Ashley is not only an amazing chef, but is a wonderful person, and I can't wait to hire her once again for my next event.
